Darren is the CEO and joint co-COO of InstaMaids and is also one of the two original Co-Founders of the company in 2012. With a strong background in growth, marketing, and customer experience Darren has been able to build the company from a small, local operation to one of the top cleaning companies in the entire South Bay Area.

As a San Jose native, Darren is a true local resident that understands the needs of the local community. Outside of InstaMaids Darren is involved in other ventures in the cosmetics and health + wellness spaces with the same overall focus in mind – bringing quality, convenience, and top-notch customer experience to its customers.

Gregory Kimma

co-COO & CFO of InstaMaids

Greg is the other counterpart of InstaMaids and joined the company in 2013. He is a former marine and is a licensed realtor in the state of California. Greg has worked with many small and large families to understand that a clean home is a happy home and knows the value of a dependable cleaning service for ones household.

He has a passion for creating ways to do things more efficiently and effectively. Greg’s ambition with InstaMaids is to provide each local household a seamless & cost-effective approach to achieving a well-kept and pleasant home that is quick and easy.

James Connely

Director of Operations

James is the Director of Operations who’s primary focus is to create a seamless process and experience for both our customers and our wonderful cleaning teams. He works day in and day out on ensuring our customer + team experience is top-notch. James is really the best at what he does!


Customer Experience Manager

Mark is our Customer Experience Manager who handles all of the day-to-day operations. He typically sees the entire process from new customer onboarding to relationship development and satisfaction as they move to recurring cleanings with us. Mark is a rockstar and loved by our customers!

  • How many people will come to clean my house?

    A team of two maids will clean your home. There will be circumstances when we will send out a team of three or one depending on the size of the job.

  • Do I have to be home during my cleaning?

    Nope! Many of our busy customers enjoy the convenience of having their home cleaned while they’re at work or away. You can just leave a key somewhere or give us any other entry/exit instructions that work for you.

  • How long will it take to clean my home?

    This just depends on the size of your home and details of your cleaning. As you enter the details of your home — number of bedrooms, bathrooms, extra services, etc. on the booking page, you’ll see the time of the cleaning.
