  • 2. How quickly can I schedule a cleaning?

    If you need a cleaning within a 24 hour window, please give us a call at 800-552-5997 or send us an email at and we will get back to you within 30 minutes.

  • 4. How can I pay?

    We use Stripe. It's an excellent payment processor that will not charge you for the cleaning until after it's done. We will send you an email receipt as soon as the charge is made.

  • 5. Do you offer gift cards?

    Yes, we do and they can be found HERE!

  • 6. What is your 100% guarantee?

    If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, simply let us know within 24 hours, and we will resend a crew to touch up any areas that were missed at no cost to you.

  • 7. Do your maids bring their own supplies?

    Yes, our maids come prepared with all the necessary supplies and equipment to make your home shine. Do let them know when they arrive if you prefer that they use your own equipment instead.

  • 8. If I book a recurring cleaning, will I get the same teams?

    Yes, we have structured our scheduling to make sure you get the same maids every time.

  • 9. What is a deep cleaning?

    A deep cleaning is when your place needs extra work. If you have not had your house professionally cleaned in the last two months, it is best to get a deep clean to make sure your home will be looking great.

    Yes, we can. Simply give us a ring at 800-552-5997 and we can make that arrangement for you!

  • 12. What is your cancellation policy?

    If you cancel within a 24 hour period of your cleaning, there will be a $50 charge.

  • 13. What if something is damaged or missing from my home?

    InstaMaids only registers and refers experienced professional independent housekeepers, not employees looking for an occasional job. All independent housekeepers are screened to ensure that they are legally authorized to work in the United States and have passed thorough background & referral checks. We also ask that all companies that take InstaMaids referrals do background checks on their maids.

    If you believe something is missing from your home, please confirm that the item is indeed missing. Once you are convinced the item is missing, InstaMaids’ management would encourage you to notify your local police department to investigate the matter. Even though InstaMaids is not responsible for theft and loss committed by its referred domestic workers, as an accommodation to our clients, InstaMaids will pay up to $500 per conviction, per incident.

    In regard to damages, the referred housekeepers treat your home with the greatest of care; however, should damage occur while they clean your home, your independent housekeeper will be responsible for all damages.
